Youth camp really taught me alot of lessons. My group started out not knowing each other and it felt like the first day of sec 1 again. We had no chemistry at all during the first day's games, and we were ranked all the way at the bottom.

First day's game was interesting though. I think i overplayed it by jumping into the tub filled with (hmmm lets see,) soya sauce and baked beans and vinegar and more sauce and FnN and alot more stuff. We were supposed to find some damn small thing in that whole tub lah. I must have stank after that man.

Think i did well for the first service. Played in front of the youth for the first time and cos the songlist had alot of "autopilot" songs that we jammed frequently. Thanks justin for letting me use your bass so i didnt have to bring mine there!

Second day was okay and i think we got lucky by winning this human snakes and ladders game. It was the service.. i made alot of mistakes! Like not watching the signal properly and i think i played too many high notes and ohmygawd ahhhh!! Really have to play with storm more to improve.

Third day was the fun one! Cos at first there was handball and we were demoralised (sort of, i think) as we lost all 3 handball games. Then it was frisbee (which i think is a very nice game!) and our team won the 3 games. We won the next game 5-0 and we were all veh veh high and then we won again!! Prize was free macdonalds HAHA. In a camp that Macs is priceless okay!

Then the comm did a really good job by planning this 2 day amazing race thing, which was exactly like the real amazing race with a bit of changes. I came up with this brilliant strategy which made us blacklisted cos involved backstabbing like 3 teams. Im really sorry guys! In the end was okay la and the team who won did really deserve it. They ran everytime they could la, like "i dont want my life!" type of running. Quoted from Thaddeus. Doing that saved them a whole lot of time.

Well games aside, i did not fall asleep during the 5 sermons! Miracle haha. I payed attention okay... =D Made some new friends, and bonded with my old ones. Really think this youth camp was well timed. Oh and i want to quote Josiah's blog, just in case any of you have problems, Dont tell God how big your problems are, tell your problems how big God is. Best quote ever!

Oh oh and today, went to church for practice, then to west mall to watch twilight. Which was a waste of money to me. It was too short and the ending was really really disgusting. I think Jasper and Alice were the hottest couple, not edward and bella. Edward is so ugly please!

Then we went high and payed a visit to triumph. You all should too.

Oh yeah and im damn motivated to train my vocals and bass. Like i want to play better and extend my vocal range by like 1 octave if possible. Its going to take long but im gonna persevere =D If thats how you spell it.

Well im done here, and i think im gonna sleep soon. Christmas carols tomorrow!

Yeah im all packed and ready to go for camp! Its gonna be an exciting (i hope) 5 day 4 night camp O: and the only thing i have to bring other than myself is my 1 bag.



There. 1 bag with everything stuffed inside so its convenient and easy to carry. Feels like a saturday today man. Todays hi kids worship was different! There was a different feel to it, like there really was energy. Thats good, maybe next time there will be like alot more kids!! And like thaddeus said, leading them is veh fun cos theres like more freedom compared to storm, haha.

Cant say im too happy with my youth camp grouping though. I dont really know the people, i know thats what camp is supposed to mean, but i dont even talk to 1 of them regularly or hang out with them. Well im gonna look forward to the nights where theres free time.

There was tao pok session today in church after youth service. Like they were all talking about the groups and laughing their asses off on very very horny stuff and suddenly there was like TAO POK and i looked up and wow the next hour was very fun. Fortunately of the hundreds of targets i wasnt chosen to be the poor victim =D Actually when you think of it, the first layer on the victim is no worse than the victim himself right.

Yeah got 2 shirts from danial, and his psp for the moment, thank you! The thing is i owe him money O: Soon we shall go shopping at topman. Soon. When money finally drops from the sky like we're always hoping it to be.

Well im off to camp tomorrow and there shall be no updates till friday at least!
